Groom ‘n Fresh™ Dog Shampoo is an odor-eliminating, sulfate-free dog shampoo that was developed to eliminate pet odor and keep pets smelling delightfully fresh and clean. The unique fragrance was selected from the finest perfume oils. This rich, foamy shampoo rinses out quickly for a residue-free result.

Our formula includes hydrolized soy protein, which strengthens the coat and leaves it smooth and shiny, and aloe vera, which promotes healing while soothing and hydrating the skin. Additionally, our natural cleansers are derived from regrowable and 100% biodegradable sources of coconut oil and palm kernel oil.

Groom ‘n Fresh™ Dog Shampoo is cruelty-free, soap-free, and free of parabens, silicones, and artificial thickeners, making this shampoo safe for puppies, kittens, and the environment. Groom ‘n Fresh™ Dog Shampoo is also safe to use with topical flea and tick treatments. Recommended by top breeders and professional groomers worldwide.

Wet coat thoroughly with warm water. Apply Groom ‘n Fresh Shampoo and work well through the coat. Avoid contact with eyes. For best results shampoo and rinse again, then dry and groom as usual. This shampoo may be used full strength or dilute with 4 parts water. For best results use Groom ‘n Fresh Créme Rinse after shampooing. Between bathing use Groom ‘n Fresh Cologne.



Dispatch will normally be via recorded delivery courier services and subject to stock availability and other normal commercial considerations. Delivery will be made as soon as practicable after receipt of an order but in any circumstance where an online pre-paid order cannot be delivered within one working week the Purchaser will be contacted by our customer service team.

Although Mullinahone Co-op shall make every effort to deliver on the date in the contract, no liability for any reason of delay of goods will be accepted.

For orders of less than €120 a charge of €8 will apply to all deliveries within the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

Please note that as a distributor we are contractually and legislatively restricted to distributing certain products within the Republic of Ireland only. Should we receive an order containing such a product we will contact the customer prior to delivery of any balance.

Returns Policy
The Purchaser shall obtain from Mullinahone Co-op a valid returns authorisation prior to the return of any goods supplied. To obtain a return authorisation please e-mail or telephone a member of our service team on ++353 (0) 52 915 3900. Mullinahone Co-op reserve the right to make a re-stocking charge for goods incorrectly purchased.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Always retain your invoice as proof of purchase and support of your product warranty (if applicable).

In all cases, when you are returning a product, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure that you pack the product securely to ensure that the product arrives with us in perfect condition. We will not be responsible for damage caused to the returned product on delivery to us. You are also responsible for the postage of the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it by recorded post. 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that should an item have to be repackaged or there are signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking/damage charge from the refund amount.
 To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  and send your item to: Returns Department, Mullinahone Co-op, Mullinahone, Thurles, County Tipperary, E41 YV05, Ireland.

Faulty or Defective Goods
If the customer returns to Mullinahone Co-op any goods, which are claimed to be defective and Mullinahone Co-op agrees they are defective or faulty, Mullinahone Co-op will replace the goods with those of an identical or similar type.

Refund Policy
In the event that we are unable to supply a product ordered or we have agreed and accepted back a product that we have not replaced we will refund to your credit card or credit your account as appropriate with 100% of any monies paid , less carriage, within 14 days
