Fluffy Puppy™ tear-free shampoo was specifically created for a puppy’s sensitive skin and delicate coat. With proven mildness, this shampoo leaves your puppy’s coat fluffy and fresh. Our puppy shampoo will not strip the protective oils from your pup’s skin or coat, and it even contains soy protein, which strengthens the coat and conditions the skin.
Our special formula rinses out quickly for those impatient puppies, and leaves no irritating residue. Cruelty and soap free, this gentle puppy shampoo contains no parabens or artificial thickeners. Our natural cleansers are derived from regrow able and 100% biodegradable sources of corn, coconut, and palm kernel oil. Safe for puppies, kittens, and the environment, and safe to use with topical flea and tick treatments. Recommended by top breeders and professional groomers.
Wet coat thoroughly with warm water. Apply Fluffy Puppy and work well through the coat. Rinse with warm water. Dry and brush the coat with a soft brush or wipe with a soft towel. Can be used at full strength or diluted with 2 parts water.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Always retain your invoice as proof of purchase and support of your product warranty (if applicable).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
