Directions for use
When applying the product, we recommend following these steps:
→For best results untangle the hair before bathing.
→Wet the area to be washed thoroughly.
→ Apply shampoo and massage into a lather
→ Rinse
→Apply the shampoo a second time,allowing the product to soak.
→ Rinse with plenty of water

Work the shampoo well into the coat to create a lather, using your hands or rubber mitts to fully emulsify the shampoo to spread it all over easier.

Avena Sativa: Provides softness and smoothness for treatments after washing. Rich in trace elements necessary for the care of the dermis, rich in minerals such as magnesium, zinc and copper as well as calcium, essential for the proper functioning of the defense systems of the dermis.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Always retain your invoice as proof of purchase and support of your product warranty (if applicable).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
