These terms and conditions are provided by Mullinahone Co-operative Dairy Society Limited (“Mullinahone Co-op”) and its subsidiaries and set out the terms and conditions on under which you as a user or purchaser may use our website. Your accessing and browsing of this website constitutes acceptance, without limitation or qualification, of these terms and conditions. Orders are accepted and executed on the understanding that this acceptance applies.

Definition Clause

a) The "Purchaser" means the person who buys or agrees to buy the goods from Mullinahone Co-op.

b) The "Goods" means all items and services that the Purchaser agrees to buy from Mullinahone Co-op.

Promotional Offers

All offers and promotions contained on this site are subject to availability. Mullinahone Co-op reserves the right to change, alter or cancel offers or promotions at any time without notice.


Prices, and any relevant discounts, will be those ruling at the date of dispatch. Mullinahone Co-op reserves the right to override any issued price lists unless orders are specifically acknowledged in writing. All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax and will be charged at the applicable rate and added as part of the price charged.


Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment of the goods is due in full at the time of delivery.


Dispatch will normally be via recorded delivery courier sevices and subject to stock availability and other normal commercial considerations. Delivery will be made as soon as practicable after receipt of an order but in any circumstance where an online pre-paid order cannot be delivered within one working week the Purchaser will be contacted by our customer service team.

Although Mullinahone Co-op shall make every effort to deliver on the date in the contract, no liability for any reason of delay of goods will be accepted.


Unless otherwise stated prices quoted will include delivery to Purchasers in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, providing the net invoice value is a minimum of €150 excluding VAT.

For orders of less than €150 a charge of €7 will apply to all deliveries within the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

Please note that as a distributor we are contractually and legislatively restricted to distributing certain products within the Republic of Ireland only. Should we receive an order containing such a product we will contact the Purchaser prior to delivery of any balance.

Shortages and Damages in Transit

Any shortages or damages must be reported to Mullinahone Co-op within 48 hours or the next working day from the date of delivery.

Retention Of Title

In spite of delivery having been made, property of all the goods shall remain that of Mullinahone Co-op until payment in full of the agreed price and all other sums owed by the Purchaser.

Returns Policy

The Purchaser shall obtain from Mullinahone Co-op a valid returns authorisation prior to the return of any goods supplied. To obtain a return authorisation please e-mail sales@mull-coop.ie or by contacting a member of our service team on ++353 (0) 52 915 3900. Mullinahone Co-op reserve the right to make a re-stocking charge for goods incorrectly purchased.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If the Purchaser returns to Mullinahone Co-op any goods, which are claimed to be defective and Mullinahone Co-op agrees they are defective or faulty, Mullinahone Co-op will replace the goods with those of an identical or similar type.

Refund Policy

In the event that we are unable to supply a product ordered or we have agreed and accepted back a product that we have not replaced we will refund to your credit card or credit your account as appropriate with 100% of any monies paid , less carriage, within 14 days.

Descriptive Material

Any descriptive material, illustrations or drawings shall be used only as a general guide and shall not form part of the Contract. Consequently Mullinahone Co-op reserves the right to change or amend all literature and/or specification without prior notice.


Manufacturer’s warranties apply but Mullinahone Co-op gives no warranty (expressed or implied) on the life or wear of the goods supplied.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Mullinahone Co-op reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which it’s services are offered. All users of the website are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and for additional terms posted on this website. These terms and conditions are intended to be serviceable. If for any reason, any term or condition is held unenforceable or invalid, the remaining shall be enforceable in full.

Law And Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to settle any disputes that may arise in connection with these terms and conditions.
